Healthy Catering Training Featured

On 6th August 2018, UniMAP Health Centre in collaboration with State Health Department organized a Healthy Catering Training. This training targeted at UniMAP cafeteria entrepreneurs and operators. This exercise aims to increase the level of knowledge and skills of food operators on the preparation of healthy and safe food and to cultivate healthy meals selections for university community. These exercises include components such as the Healthy Eating Principle and the Preparation of Healthy and Safe Servings with objectives to prevent and control nutritional problems associated with malnutrition and excessive intake of nutrients. Thirteen  UniMAP Cafeteria Entrepreneurs attended this training.
