Kangar, 20 August 2016 – UniMAP Health Centre has organized a one day course on Basic Life Support (BLS)  to the 36 staff from  UniMAP Security Department . The objective of this course is to teach the skills needed to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)  on adult, child and infants victim by using the very latest resuscitation guidelines. The course uses a scenario-based approach to develop the critical thinking and problem solving skills for better patient outcomes. Such training is very valuable and useful for them to be able to respond to emergency  in the campus while they are on duty.
