- Patients requiring treatment beyond PKU's scope will be referred to the relevant medical facilities.
- Patient privacy is guaranteed. All information regarding their medical condition and treatment is confidential and can only be shared with relevant personnel upon patient consent and in accordance with the law.
- Patients will receive clear information about suggested procedures and treatments, including associated risks and alternative options.
- PKU will not tolerate violence towards our staff. We reserve the right to refuse service to such patients and will report incidents to the authorities if necessary.
