  • To deliver medical and dental services to clients, while ensuring they receive:
  1. Friendly, comfortable, and safe services
  2. Updated and safe treatments
  3. Education, awareness, and encouragement for self-care habits
  4. Support that allows them to focus on learning, teaching, and research activities.
  • To advance the medical and dental services, aiming to establish a modern and up-to-date healthcare centre.
  • To broaden the scope of health education and awareness services to cultivate a well-informed UniMAP community.

Quality Objectives

  • 90% of clients receive outpatient treatment services within 30 minutes of registration.

  • Implement at least two annual health promotion programmes for campus residents.

  • Achieve a customer satisfaction level of over 85% through the annual customer feedback form.
